8 Point 98" BUCK
Andy loves to hunt with a bow. Every year we hear from
him weather he is in the contest or not. This is the message
he sent me.
Hi Ben and Marcia, I hope all is well with you! This is my 2013
Bow Buck. I want you to know I would bring my deer in and
shoot the "bull" but I take all my deer to my friend Scott Samolis.
Scott Samolis Taxidermy in Honeoye as it is on the way back f
rom my Camp in Prattsburgh. We went to SUNY Cobleskill
together.
Story below and he netted 98 inches and weighed 145#'s
dressed.

Great Hunt again (aren't they all!). took this Buck at 7:23 am on
Saturday the 12th. Only the 4th time in the stand for the year as I
have been pretty sick. I missed a 30 yard shot at a 130"ish Buck on
the 9th(deflection) so I was happy to get back at it Saturday and get
an opportunity at this Buck.
12 yard shot with my Mathews
Switchback XT and 100 grain G5 Striker broad head (the only broad
head I have ever truly been happy with). Sarah and the little man
went out to retrieve him with me...that was fun! Sorry so many
pictures but I can never decide what I like best. Thanks for looking
