Grant was hunting his friends property in Canandaigua,
NY. He said it was an absolutely drop dead beautiful
bowhunting day.
He made a 19 yard shot on the doe with a 125 grain
Montec broadhead. It was an instant pass thru and
the doe only went 14 yards.
When you make a great pass thru shot in the right spot
the deer is in the happy hunting ground in seconds. I
never asked Grant weather he took the doe with a
compound or his recurve bow. Either his Hoyt or his
Black Widow Takedown did the job.
